Most condo buildings here require a certificate of insurance naming the HOA, a booked freight elevator, and a move window. We issue COIs the same day you ask and coordinate with your building manager so move day starts on time.
One-way streets and metered corridors
Fourth, Fifth, and several cross streets run one-way, and the avenues are metered. We plan the approach direction and legal loading position in advance, a truck that arrives from the wrong end of a one-way block loses half an hour before the first box moves.
