Every May and August, our phones fill with San Marcos numbers. Cal State San Marcos turns over thousands of leases in the rentals off Twin Oaks Valley Road and around the campus hill, and the moves are small, fast, and deadline-driven, a bedroom set, a desk, twenty boxes, and a landlord walkthrough at 4pm. The student calendar books itself out
Late May and mid-August fill fastest of any dates on our North County schedule. We hold same-week availability where we can, but if your lease ends with the semester, book two to three weeks ahead and the day goes exactly as planned.
San Elijo grades change how we park
Steep, curving streets mean the truck gets chocked, ramps run at real angles, and heavy pieces move deliberately. We place the truck for the safest carry path, even when that adds a few feet of walking, and we build that time into the quote.
New construction deserves new-house care
