Every installation has its own rules for sponsoring a commercial crew and truck, and because our movers are background-checked, uniformed employees with a registered company vehicle, the sponsorship paperwork is straightforward. We coordinate the details with you before move day so nobody is stuck at a gate.
PPM moves: paperwork that gets you paid
On a personally procured move, formerly called a DITY move, you arrange the move yourself and the government reimburses you based on the weight moved and what it would have paid to move it. Hiring a licensed local crew instead of wrestling a rental truck can make real financial sense, but only if your paperwork is airtight.
