Most Mission Valley buildings require a reserved freight or padded elevator, often with a certificate of insurance on file first. We send the COI same-day and book the elevator window when we book your date, because losing the elevator mid-move is how a four-hour job becomes seven.

Underground and podium parking here usually clears seven feet or less, so the truck stays at street level. We find the closest legal staging, map the cart path from your unit, and count that distance into the quote instead of discovering it on move day.
