Bluff condos come with COIs and elevator windows
The managed buildings along the bluff and near Fletcher Cove usually want a certificate of insurance and a reserved elevator or loading window. We send the COI same-day and lock the window when we book your date, so the clock starts on lifting, not paperwork.
Cedros deliveries are their own trade
Design-district purchases, slab tables, oversized art, vintage pieces, need blanket-wrapping and careful truck placement, not a rental van. Our small-moves crew runs single-item and few-item jobs out of Cedros all the time.
West-side streets fill up fast
Beach parking pressure hits the streets west of the 101 hardest, especially summer weekends. We stage early, keep the truck tight to the curb, and plan the carry path before boxes start moving.
East-side HOAs have rules worth reading
