A certificate of insurance naming your landlord or property manager as additional insured is standard on every job. We schedule dock time at both buildings, protect floors and door frames, and stage the move so trucks are never idling while a dock sits blocked.
Racking gets reinstalled plumb, level and anchored per your engineered drawings. Where the City of San Diego or your fire authority requires permits for racking or high-piled storage, we work from your approved plans and coordinate with your engineer of record so inspection day is uneventful.
