Sabre Springs Movers for I-15 Family Homes and Townhome HOAs

Sabre Springs sits along I-15 between Poway and Rancho Peñasquitos, a master-planned community that filled in from the mid-1980s through the 2000s. The core is two-story single-family family homes on hillside, cul-de-sac lots, with a real contingent of townhome and condo HOAs mixed in. That split, big houses and rule-bound attached housing, means the move plan changes block to block.

The single-family jobs are full-house moves: garages, attics, and under-stair storage packed after decades in the same home, plus large second-floor furniture that has to come down a single staircase. We size the crew for the real box count and plan the disassembly instead of undershooting a quick estimate. The attached-housing jobs are a different animal, moves timed to the association's window, with the truck staged in guest parking and a longer push down interior walkways.

Access is the wrinkle either way. Built into rolling slopes, many streets end in tight cul-de-sacs with graded driveways where a 26-foot truck can't always turn or back safely, so we plan street staging and an uphill carry up front.
