“The movers themselves were efficient and quick, they brought along some extra boxes and used padding on TVs, etc. However, when I booked a week or so in advance I was told to expect a $100 deposit to be charged and it never was. When it came time to settle the bill I was told one amount and charged $150 more, causing me to overdraft. Thankfully, I had some cash to run and put into an ATM to even myself out but the drivers/movers seemed unconcerned when this happened and just sped off saying they would “have him call me” (him who? And it never happened)…that left a bad taste in my mouth after an already long & stressful day. I was also told there is no fee to stop at two places and I was assessed one. Book with care and be sure to look at your bill yourself to avoid ending up like me.”
