Can you coordinate with my client’s closing or key date?
That is most of what we do. We schedule around escrow, walk-throughs, and key handoffs, and we hold same-week availability when timing is tight, so your client is in on time without the last-minute scramble that reflects on you.
Are you licensed, insured, and able to provide a COI?
Fully. CAL T-192729 and USDOT 3801918, with $1,000,000 general liability, a $2,000,000 aggregate, and a $3,000,000 umbrella. Certificates of insurance for your client’s building or HOA, including additional-insured naming, go out same-day on request.
