Loading happens at the curb or a shared alley, parking is scarce, and half of what we carry is fragile, oversized, or one of a kind. We plan these jobs piece by piece: soft-wrap and crate the delicate stock, sequence the load so the floor comes back together in display order, and stage the truck before the street wakes up.
The rest of Solana Beach's commercial stock, offices along Lomas Santa Fe and small professional suites near the coast highway, moves the more familiar way: after hours, with a certificate of insurance to the property manager and desks rebuilt before the next business day. Timing matters more than distance here. Our Miramar warehouse is about 20 minutes out, the coast highway stays quiet before 7am, and Cedros loading is easiest before the shops open, so we build schedules around dawn, not around us.
