Take the earliest window Action Property Management will give you and tell us how long it runs, because a tower this tall does not forgive a second trip: if the window closes with half the load still in the lobby, the rest of it waits for another day.
The truck works from Kettner Blvd. Downtown blocks give you a narrow window of usable curb and a garage clearance that rarely takes a box truck, which is why we confirm the approach before move day rather than at it.
Line these up two weeks out
- Confirm the move-in and move-out hours with Action Property Management before you book anything else
- Ask Action Property Management for the move packet: allowed hours, any deposit, and the insurance limits it requires
- Send us those insurance requirements. The certificate comes back at no charge, usually within one business day
- Reserve the elevator with pads through Action Property Management, for the longest window they will give you
- Ask where the truck stages on Kettner Blvd and whether the garage clearance takes a box truck
- Label boxes by the room they are going to, not by what is in them, and keep a first-night box with you
- Set utilities and internet to overlap your move date by a day on each side
