Upstairs bedrooms mean beds, dressers, and desks come down a switchback staircase, we pad the banister and rail, protect the treads, and never charge extra for stair carries, because in this neighborhood that would mean charging everyone.

Many Carmel Valley communities limit when moving trucks can arrive, where they can stand, and how long they can stay on the street.
