No elevator to reserve here, so the move is decided by the walk instead of by a window. In practice that means the closest position the community lets a truck hold is what sets the day. We scout the approach during the quote, stage dollies from wherever the truck can sit, and put runners on the stairs and guards on the door frames.
The truck works from Santa Victoria Rd, and we confirm where it can legally sit during the quote rather than discovering it on the morning.
Line these up two weeks out
- Confirm the move-in and move-out hours with Greystar before you book anything else
- Ask Greystar for the move packet: allowed hours, any deposit, and the insurance limits it requires
- Send us those insurance requirements. The certificate comes back at no charge, usually within one business day
- Ask Greystar where a truck is allowed to sit, and how far that is from your door
- Check your gate or fob access works, and that the code is live on move day
